Air quality is improving in the Reno-Sparks area. The Washoe County Health District has ended its Stage 2 Air Quality Emergency Episode that was issued a week ago. The air quality index, right now, stands at “good” to “moderate” though occasional smoke impacts from wildfires burning in California are still expected.
