The Dixie Fire has burned through two more neighborhoods in Plumas County, destroying nearly two dozen structures. More than 10,000 structures in the path of the massive fire are still at risk. Evacuation orders have been issued for several locations including all of Genesee Valley and Grizzly Mountain south of the valley. A shelter has been set up at Lassen Community College in Susanville. The fire sparked July 13th in Feather River Canyon spans more than 190,000 acres and is 21 percent contained.
