A controversial housing project near Damonte Ranch that Reno City Council gave the greenlight to earlier this week will have be debated again. News 4 reports Councilmember Jenny Brekhus found a possible violation of open meeting laws since their agenda didn’t reference an address or location for the proposed development. In March, council will once again debate whether 70 homes can be constructed in the foothills of the Virginia Range.
