Some optimistic COVID news…Health officials said that a measure of new coronavirus cases in Nevada is trending down, along with the number of hospitalizations of people being treated for COVID-19. The state Department of Health and Human Services said test positivity over the last two weeks has decreased to 15.5%, after peaking at 21.6% on Jan. 14. Positivity refers to the number of confirmed cases of virus found among people who are tested. The recommended World Health Organization target is 5%.
