News 4 reports Christy Corporation won approval to build more than 70 homes on 80 acres of land in the foothills of the Virginia Range. Debate was contentious at times, but developers agreed to fence in the development to prevent wild horses from wandering onto streets. Wild Horse Connection will also take horse mitigation measures.
