NV Nat’l Guard heading to DC to protect nation’s capital ahead of Inauguration Day

More than 200 members of the Nevada National Guard are heading to the nation’s capital to help with possible violence ahead of President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration. The soldiers will be departing by the end of this week and will be in Washington, D.C. for about two weeks. It comes after rioters overtook the Capitol last week resulting in five deaths.
