A man is sentenced to a decade behind bars on human trafficking charges. Brion Ingram, 24, pleaded no contest to a count of sex trafficking in October. Police say their investigation into him started over drugs and pivoted to forced prostitution. He must serve four years before he’s eligible for parole.
