A new performing arts venue could be coming to the Tahoe area. The Tahoe Regional Arts Foundation wants to put a visual and performing arts center on a 22-acre piece of land near Northstar. KOLO-TV reports the non-profit has reached a lease deal with Vail Resorts to use the property for up to 80 years. But first, they’ll need to raise $60 million for construction.
