An elderly man is hurt after being struck by a vehicle in Carson City. Police say the 72-year-old man was using the crosswalk to cross Hot Springs Road near Pine Lane last night, when he was struck and ended up on the vehicle’s windshield. Police say he suffered several broken bones and head trauma and had to be flown to Renown.
