A minor earthquake shook Cold Springs this morning. The U.S. Geological Survey put the quake at 2.3 on the Richter Scale. It originated off Red Rock Road. There’s no word of any damage or injuries. It follows a magnitude 3.0 earthquake that struck near Dayton Thursday.
