A Galena High School student has started a petition demanding better online learning programs. 2 News reports Gabe Schroeder called the current distance learning plan a “wreck,” saying he spends more time finding assignments than doing them. Students who signed the petition are urging the district to ditch Microsoft Teams and use Google Classroom. The district says they’re sorry students are facing challenges and they welcome student input to improve.
