Washoe County is coming out with plans to reopen its parks more fully. Currently, trails, restrooms, basketball courts, dog parks, and skate parks are open along with the county’s shooting range. But large picnic areas and playgrounds remain closed. Phase 2 involves reopening Davis Creek campground, park offices, and the Hive at Lazy 5 park along with tours at Bower’s Mansion. Community centers reopen in Phase 3.
