A man accused of killing state trooper and stealing his uniform and his patrol car is being held without bail. John Dabritz of While Pine County faces charges of murder, arson, and grand larceny. The 65-year-old is accused of fatally shooting NHP Sgt. Ben Jenkins on March 27th as he tried to assist the stranded motorist on U.S. 93 in White Pine County. Dabritz could face the death penalty.
