Washoe County has a fourth death from COVID-19. The health district says the man in his forties had underlying medical conditions. At last check, Washoe County had at least 163 cases of COVID-19 – with 18 of those persons having recovered from the respiratory illness. 20 persons remain hospitalized. Statewide, Nevada has more than 1,200 positive cases and a total of 32 deaths.
