Governor Steve Sisolak – makes it clear-he’s not asking non-essential businesses to close-he’s mandating it. With his updated state of emergency, local governments have the power to impose civil fines and revoke business licenses for those that do not comply. It could also be a criminal act. The non-essential business ban is in effect until April 16th.
