Shoppers Square is one step closer to becoming the Reno Public Market. Phase 2 of construction began Wednesday as crews work to demo parts of the enclosed mall area. Businesses like Cold Stone Creamery, CVS, IHOP, and the post office will remain open during this phase of construction.
