The Washoe County DA says a Reno man must serve at least 15 years in prison for the fatal shooting of a man in west Sparks in 2018. Kareem Thomas Junior pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the death of Michael Frost. A judge sentenced him to up to 40 years in prison.
