Strange substance that drew emergency presence in Spanish Springs deemed safe

Hazardous materials were sent to Spanish Springs to test a mysterious white powder. They were called Monday to Isidor Court near Pyramid Highway. Tests showed the substance was a starch or baby powder and not dangerous at all.
