Sheriff’s deputies say one Damonte Ranche High School student survived an overdose that’s linked to the deaths of two other students. Sheriff Darin Baalam says the third student, who hasn’t been identified, is being questioned. The student overdosed after Daniel Davis died-but before Jacob Eckart fatally overdosed. Baalam tells The Reno Gazette-Journal, he fears the kids got a bad batch of some kind of drug. And he’s asking parents to talk to their kids about the dangers of drugs.
