Former Nevada Lt. Governor and Reno Mayor Bob [ka-SHELL] died early Tuesday at 81 years old. The Texas-born Democrat-turned Republican, at the encouragement of President Ronald Reagan, later bucked his party by endorsing Democratic Sen. Harry Reid in 2004 and 2010.
