We now have the name of an elderly man who was killed in a hit-and-run in Sparks. Police say 79-year-old Roy Degiovanni died from blunt force trauma he was hit on Goldy Way Sunday. Police are looking for a black Toyota that fled the scene; they say it’s missing a piece of its front bumper and its parking lamp.
