The investigation into a fatal pedestrian crash involving a Reno Fire department ladder truck is complete. The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office has handed over its report to the Reno and Sparks city attorneys, who will determine whether criminal charges will be filed. 63-year-old Charlene McMaster was struck and killed by the fire truck on October 19th of last year at East 4th Street and Valley Road.
