A former Reno preschool teacher will be honored at this year’s Rose Parade. Traci Trout, who taught at La Petite and Blue Kangaro had always wanted to go the parade, but she died of cancer two years ago. Now, The Reno Gazette-Journal reports a floragraph of her will be featured in the New Year’s Day in Pasadena, California.
