The Oakland Raiders are now officially the Las Vegas Raiders. The pro football team announced its name change Wednesday. Governor Steve Sisolak proclaimed January 22nd, Las Vegas Raiders Day in Nevada. The team will train in Henderson and play its games at the brand new Allegiant Stadium on the south end of the strip. Construction on the 65-thousand seat stadium is expected to be complete this year.
