A new apartment complex in west Reno will have a pet spa. Ground was broken on the Westlook Resort Living Apartments. The 192-units will be built on 8 acres of land where five old motels used to sit. The project is part of Mayor Hillary Schieve’s “Blight Busted” initiative. The Reno Gazette-Journal reports it aims to bring resort-style living at market-rate rents. The complex will feature a pool, a fitness center, and a clubhouse.
