Oakland Raiders want to lease proposed Las Vegas stadium

The Oakland Raiders want to pay a dollar a year to lease new stadium that may be built in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the agreement would cover all operations of the stadium, including use, merchandise and concession sales, luxury box seats, and even parking. It would also give them naming and advertising rights as well. The stadium would be owned by the Las Vegas Stadium Authority, but the Raiders would pay for more than $1 billion in construction costs. A site has yet to be selected for the $2 billion domed stadium.
