New Year brings new laws to NV

With the New Year, comes a set of new laws. Among those going into effect-a bill that helps troopers set up body cameras and protocols in an effort to implement them across the Nevada Highway Patrol by 2017. Other laws will allow residents to get sample ballots electronically instead of through snail mail and allow motorized wheelchairs to use bike lanes. News 4 reports another law requires child care facilities to have private spaces for breastfeeding.
