23,000 pot plants found in Plumas County, Cali.

Twenty-three thousand pot plants are uncovered in Plumas County over the state line. Deputies say the plants were found in the Seneca Garden, located in the Chips Fire area that burned in 2012. They found another site near near Gilson Creek, where deputies say two suspects fled. Deputies believe the plants are being grown by a Mexican drug cartel. The marijuana is worth more than $10 million on the street.
