A big new event gets underway this afternoon in Lake Tahoe. It’s called the Rock Tahoe Half Marathon,and over two thousand runners are expected to takeon the 13 mile course from Spooner Summit to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino tomorrow. This afternoon, there will be a pre-race expo in the Hard Rock’s Graceland Ballroom beginning at 2 pm.
