Some big news today from the Reno Sparks Convention and Visitor’s Authority. They’ve booked four conventions worth more than 40-thousand room nights. The conventions include the largest three veterans organizations in the United States. Those are the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Disabled American Veterans. The four conventions are expected to result in a combined economic impact to the Reno-Sparks area of more than $36 million.
