A man was murdered in a studio apartment on 11th Street in Reno on Monday night. What’s puzzling is, he didn’t live in the apartment,and the guy who does live there has never seen him before.
The victim was an ex-felon in his 40’s with an extensive record, according to police. They don’t think his murder was random.
