The Reno Fire Department (RFD) Marshal is saying a heater accidentally started an RV fire Wednesday morning. This is part of a rising threat fire officials say they are seeing in this area. They’re calling them transient fires. These are fires that are started accidentally by people who are living in RVs, tents, and the homeless that are living outdoors.
