A Sparks man is arrested after a crash killed a man and injured a woman over the weekend. Police handcuffed Michael Perry. They say he was speeding on Howard Drive when he crashed into two parked vehicles that were both occupied. He hopped out of the vehicle and fled on foot, but was arrested a short time later. Police say speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.
