Washoe County adds nine COVID-19 deaths for a total of 483. It also marks another grim milestone where 1 out of every 1,000 residents died from COVID-19 this year. The county added 319 new cases Wednesday.
The Quad-County region adds six new COVID-19 deaths for a total of 114. The deaths include two men and three women from Carson City and a Lyon County man – all over the age of 50. The area added nearly 100 new cases and nearly as many recoveries.
