Washoe County sees seven straight days of record active COVID-19 cases. We’re up to more than 2,100 now–that’s 40 percent more than last week. The county picked up two new deaths Thursday for a total of 197. They are a woman in her 60s with underlying health conditions, and a man in his 70s. The area added nearly 250 cases today and about 150 recoveries. As a result, soon, new restrictions will go into place, limiting gatherings to 50 persons in Washoe County.
