Sixteen schools in the Washoe County School District (WCSD) now have at least one coronavirus case, district officials reported Sunday night. WCSD officials reported positive cases at four new schools and two cases at schools where positive cases were already reported. They reported positive cases at Reed High School, Lemelson STEM Academy, Mendive Middle School, Spanish Springs High School, Hunsberger Elementary School and Drake Elementary School. All schools are undergoing enhanced cleaning protocols per health district and CDC guidelines.
