A Reno youth residential treatment center is fined $17,000 after inspectors say they found chaos amid the coronavirus outbreak. The Reno Gazette-Journal reports a riot was underway at Willow Springs-with infected youth shouting and damaging property. They say the facility was short-staffed and not clean. More than 40 children and nearly 30 staff were infected with COVID-19; a peer mentor-in her thirties died.
