Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve held a virtual press conference on Thursday afternoon.
She encouraged residents that if they have to go outside for whatever reason, to wear masks althugh She said she cannot mandate that residents wear them. She also told residents who don’t have masks to use bandanas, scarves and similar articles of clothing.
