Two horses go down at the Reno Rodeo. It happened during a performance Tuesday. 2 News reports the horses were pulling a carriage during Percheron Thunder when the horses stumbled and fell. The performance was stopped and vets tended to the horses, one of which suffered a bruise on his cheek and a cut on his gums. Both horses were able to stand up after the incident. The horse’s owner says they do this act hundreds of times a year, and a horse is bound to stumble sometimes.
