KKFT now has the name of a motorcyclist killed in a crash on Route 50 over the weekend. She is 53-year-old Amber Hallmark of Antioch, California. Police say Hallmark was traveling westbound on Rte. 50 near Martin Drive in Zephyr Cove when another car driven by Alma Jaramillo-Garcia, heading eastbound, crossed over and struck her. Hallmark was thrown from her motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene. The state’s Highway Patrol is investigating whether inattentive or impaired driving contributed to the crash.
