A lottery winner has claimed her prize in South Lake Tahoe. Linda Emmons matched five out of six numbers on a 20 dollar quick pick powerball ticket and yesterday collected her winnings of just under 709-thousand-dollars. She bought that winning ticket at the 7-Eleven on Pioneer Trail.
