South Lake Tahoe Cracks Down on Signs

It’s a sign of the times. Im debbie young. There are too many signs in the City of South Lake Tahoe. The police in that community are starting a crackdown on what they call excessive, unpermitted signage. Police say the crackdown is an effort to help make the city more attractive for tourists. 2 news reports that the City’s Code Enforcement Officers will initiate a community outreach and education effort requesting voluntary compliance to remove unpermitted signs. By the end of April 2015, unpermitted signs not removed will be citied.
