33 Condos Uninhabitable After Tuesday Fire

The Red Cross is working to help the victims of a fire at the Lakeside Plaza Condominiums in Reno. 33 of the condos were rendered uninhabitable by the blaze, which also sent three people to the hospital. One of those was flown to the U.C. Davis Burn Center for treatment of smoke inhalation. Another is at Renown, and a third was treated and released. The fire broke out around 3 am. One dog believed to have died is recovering after being resuscitated by firefighters.
